Over a 12-year corporate career, Ritu gained rich hands-on experience in sales leadership, team management, sales training, and the creation of resilient sales systems. She learned to lead diverse groups, manage high-stakes targets, and build systematic processes for sustained growth.
Driven by a desire to share knowledge and foster potential, Ritu dedicated 3 years to teaching, including valuable experience with Mother's Pride. This phase deepened her empathy, communication finesse, and teaching pedagogy.
Teaching reaffirmed her conviction that guidance delivered with warmth and clarity can permanently elevate a student's confidence.
Combining her corporate leadership skills with a deep lifelong passion for dance, Ritu established Ritu Dance Fitness Academy. For 8 years, she has guided learners through dynamic movement, building self-esteem, physical vitality, and happiness.
